This is a small intimate ceremony for just the two of you and possibly a guest or two | | arranged by appointment and performed in our home. It is a brief ceremony (usually 10 -
15 minutes long for the actual ceremony part.) We offer four basic styles: Traditional,
Non-denominational Christian, civil (non-religious), and spiritual. You tell us which style
you prefer and we will give the ceremony accordingly. Pre-wedding consultation is done
by email and telephone. We include a printed copy of the ceremony for your memoirs.
We take care of filing the marriage license for you. Bring your camera and we will make
every effort to help you take a few pictures. Your ceremony will include a copy of the
service. The ceremony fee may be paid in advance through PayPal with a credit card or
bank transfer, otherwise you will be expected to pay cash at the time of the ceremony.

 | | Our Private Romance Package

This is a small and intimate celebration, with 20 or fewer guests. It can be performed at a |
| | location arranged by the bride and groom, (There will be additional mileage charges for
any location further than within 100 miles from Round Rock.) the ceremony will be
brief, usually 15 to 20 minutes and will include vows and the ring exchange if wanted.
We offer a number of styles -- religious or secular (non-religious), traditional or
contemporary, which can be chosen by the bride and groom from our booklet Sample
Wedding Ceremonies, a selection of twenty Wedding ceremonies. (We do have a few
other selections if you do not find exactly what you are looking for there. Please ask us if
this should be the case.) We will personalize the basic ceremony to suit the bride and
groom.. Pre-wedding planning and consultation is available via telephone and email.
Because this package is designed for small gatherings, it does not include services such as
a wedding rehearsal, or additional ceremonies within the ceremony, or coordinating with
musicians or photographers. We will include a beautiful personalized copy of the
ceremony and take care of filing the marriage license. A deposit of $100 is required in
advance to guarantee the date and time. The full balance will be due two weeks prior to
the actual date of the wedding. We accept checks, money orders, cash or PayPal.
Ceremony Fee: $225.
| | Our Cherished Promises Package

This ceremony has been designed for a larger group of guests. It contains all the features |
| | of the Private Romance package above plus up to two additional ‘Ceremonies within the
Ceremony’ such as Family Promises, Unity Ceremony, Hands Blessing, Rose, or other
ceremonies. (A booklet for Ceremonies Within the Ceremony will be provided.) It will
be carefully planned, written and performed at a location arranged by the bride and
groom. Additional mileage fees apply if the location is more than 100 miles from our
location in Round Rock, Texas. We will use a wireless lapel microphone for this service
either coordinating with the musicians or bringing our own amplifier. This will be a
unique ceremony (approximately 25 – 30 minutes) arranged to reflect the personalities
and expressed preferences of the bride and groom. The package includes a face-to-face
planning meeting with Reverends Thomas and Sharra and unlimited email and telephone
consultations. This package does not include a wedding rehearsal. (The additional fee
for a Wedding Rehearsal is $75.) It does include a beautiful personalized copy of the
ceremony and, like our other packages, we’ll take care of filing the marriage license for
you. A deposit of $150 is required to guarantee date and time. The full balance must be
paid at least two weeks prior to the wedding date. We accept checks, money orders,
cash or PayPal payments. (Credit cards can be used through PayPal.). Ceremony Fee:
$325.
| | Our Beautiful Affair of the Heart Package

This is our most popular package! It is a completely personalized wedding ceremony that |
| | includes a copy of our Create a Ceremony Guidebook. Our guidebook breaks the wedding
ceremony down into specific parts such as Invocation , Welcoming, Foundation, Vows,
Ring Exchange, Minister’s Blessing, Benediction, Pronouncement etc. There are many
different options offered for each section as well as Bible verses and beautiful readings
that may be included in your ceremony. This is a completely personalized wedding
ceremony—religious, secular, or somewhere between-- traditional or contemporary in
style. The ceremony will be planned, written and performed at any location arranged by
the bride and groom within 100 miles of Round Rock, Texas. (Extra fees apply for longer
distances.) This will be a unique ceremony (35 - 40 minutes) written to reflect the
personalities and expressed preferences of the bride and groom. It may include customs
or traditions from various religions or nationalities, plus up to three additional 'ceremonies
within the ceremony' such as a Unity Candle, Handfasting, Rose, or other ceremony. The
package includes a face-to-face planning meeting with Reverends Thomas and Sharra and
unlimited email and telephone consultations. This package includes a Certificate of
Marriage suitable for framing as well as a personalized keepsake copy of your ceremony
in a protective folder. A deposit of $200 is required to guarantee date and time. The full
balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the wedding date. We accept checks,
money orders, cash or PayPal payments. (Credit cards can be used through PayPal.) Let
us know if you need to pay this way. We can make it easier by sending a PayPal invoice.
Ceremony Fee: $425.
| | Our Celebration of Love Package

This is the once-and-for-all, proclaim it to the world, storybook wedding! It may last an |
| | hour or longer and includes everything from the Beautiful Affair of the Heart Ceremony
above, plus the writing of: custom personal vows. Rev. Sharra will assist the bride and
groom to write their own personal vows to each other, or will write special vows based
on the bride and groom's ideas. The ceremony may include unlimited additional features
such as the Unity Candle Ceremony, Sand Ceremony, Celtic Handfasting, Rose
ceremony, Wine Glass Ceremony, or others. This package includes attending the
rehearsal as well as a second face-to-face meeting to review and confirm all plans and
ceremony content in advance of the wedding day. The Celebration of Love Ceremony
may also include the writing and delivery of a special Blessing or Prayer of Grace for
your rehearsal dinner or reception if desired. We will be glad to work with all participants
prior to the wedding day and coordinate with musicians, photographers or others as
needed for the smooth performance of the ceremony. This package includes a formal
Certificate of Marriage suitable for framing and a personalized keepsake copy of your
custom ceremony in a protective folder. A deposit of $250 is required to guarantee date
and time. The full balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the actual wedding
date. We accept checks, money orders, cash or PayPal payments. (Credit cards can be
used through PayPal.) Ceremony Fee: $525.

Additional Features such as special readings and 'Ceremonies within the Ceremony', if not |
| | already included in the package, can be added for $50 each. The rehearsal fee is $75.
Additional mileage charge is $75 for up to 200 miles from our location in Round Rock,
Texas. Distances further away than that may require an overnight stay and will incur
additional travel fees.

designated distances, themed wedding materials, etc. will be quoted on an individual
